We did a 5 hour walk to and on the glacier. The walk there was trough rainforrest. This is the only place in the worls where the glacier and the rainforrest are that close to oneanother. We spent two hour walking an climbing on the ice. You feel really tiny when your walking on something that big and powerful. The glacier moves all the time and we could both hear and see rocks, gravel and ice falling or moving.
Jetboating on the river, The NZ only needs 4 inches of waterdepth and can run really fast on narrow and shallow rivers. the jet-system makes the handling better than a normal boat and it can do 360 degrees spins in almost full speed. thats a cool ride!!
Hei! New Zealand ser veldig spennende ut - vilt og vakkert? Nesten som Norge? Vi har også vært på fjellet, kom i går hjem fra en uke i Hemsedal med ski, snowboard og masse familie. (200 på minnehøytiden på Gol!) Siste helgen rømte vi lenger til fjells og nøt stillheten i en hytte helt for oss selv. I Oslo er det blitt vårlig, striregnet skyller nå bort de siste snøflekkene. Savner dere!
